Marketing materials show a potential redevelopment of an old warehouse building at the Noutheast corner of the 21st and Delmar intersection in Downtown West. In address form, this is 2028-20 Delmar Boulevard. The name of the development is, "The Morgan".
The project is being marketed by the developer, Blackline Design and Construction. The firm recently completed the Metropolitan Flats renovation in the Central West End as well as the Dorze apartment project on Debaliviere at Waterman.
The redevelopment will bring new office space to Downtown West but also could bring some apartment units. Nothing is fully known yet since this project was discovered in a online marketing document. The way it seems, the office space will be located on the first floor (totaling 6,410SF of office space in tow suites) with apartments being on the second floor.
A completion date is projected for the Fall of 2021.
