Midas Capital has taken over development of the second phase of Richmond Heights's, "The Boulevard" development and has released new renderings.
About a month and a half ago, I posted that the development picked up an Aloft Hotel and more apartments. Since then, some of the planned development's numbers have changed...
129 hotel rooms (+1 from previous post)
190 apartments (+62 from previous post)
130,000sf office space (+15,000sf from previous post)
45,000sf retail/restaurant space (+1616sf from previous post)
Unchanged from the previous post is the inclusion of a pedestrian plaza instead of a north-south street as well as the number of parking spaces (779 spaces). TRI Architects remains the architect on the project. Midas has tapped Brinkmann Constructors to be the builder of the development. The Boulevard Phase 2 is expected to be completed sometime in 2024 after a nearly two-decade delay.
