I would like to see Downtown West from Tucker to Jefferson, Delmar to Clark developed with more high rise residential creating a more urban and dense neighborhood of people living in the district. Think Chicago's River North and a mix of old rehabbed buildings with new high-rise infill on those numerous surface parking lots.
