I happened to stumble across this Google street view of five contemporary town houses in Benton Park on Indiana and Pestalozzi. Although this is not a major project, I was impressed by the urbanistic character of the designs which, not surprisingly, are by the Killeen Studio. They fit in beautifully with the neighborhood, by their street hugging form, townhouse verticality, and the red brick. Contemporary approaches can be found in the Gate district and in the Grove but I was surprised to see a project like this so far south.
