More rooftop activity this afternoon. Four guys holding long adjustable poles with orange flags on top. I'm guessing they were checking for some sort of visual assessment for height of something. Couldn't really tell.

More folks scoping out the roof today. Things appear to be moving forward.

This is great news. It will be great to see this project come to being. It will also be fun to see the progress from our office suite in the Laclede Gas Building.

Thanks for the update. I'm looking forward to seeing something done with the Chemical Building. We've watched the wonderful transformation of the Union Trust Building and now it would be great to see that amount of attention placed on the Chemical Building.

@Chris, they've gone below roof level now. I can see some flashlight beams on the 3rd floor below the roof. There were about 7 guys, a couple of them wearing headlamps and one guy had a pry bar. They waved at us as we stared at them. If I can get a good picture of any of them, I'll take one.

@Chris Stritzel FYI, I work across the street in the Laclede Gas Building and there are guys in business suits walking around on the roof as I type this. Maybe something developing?
