I can definitely see a 400-500ft tower built where Mike Shannon's is. Maybe as a separate entity from Ballpark village, like a Clayco development? Any word on the building being sold or redeveloped?

In this image, there is another building to the left of the tower. Is that part of phase 1 or 2? And will there be a tower crane for it? If so, that would make for 2 cranes on FP Ave.

The top rendering shows a lot of new pavement. Will the project include new roads and sidewalks surrounding the entire block including Steelcote Lofts/Crossing?

So how many more levels of podium are there on the high rise before the tower gets started? I feel like it's in the same boat as 100 kingshighway.

I must say that I do like having this project adjacent to Lumiere rather than 6 blocks from it. If it gets built here, it will definitely look better with the rest of our skyline.

Do you think tower cranes will be used? if so, this part of the city will be looking great with a tower crane at 4104 Manchester, Chroma 2, and Cortex K

think the crane will come down before the new year? Looks like they're placing the last floor of glass in and should be wrapped up with that in about a week.
