Do you think tower cranes will be used? if so, this part of the city will be looking great with a tower crane at 4104 Manchester, Chroma 2, and Cortex K
A Tower crane is confirmed for 4101 Manchester but Cortex K will utilize a roll away crane. The Element Hotel on Forest Park should also use a tower crane. Chroma Phase 2 depends on size (height) and materials used.
A rendering was released and it does not include residential and is fairly short. It will be a 30,000SF office building with no retail. It will be 2 Floors.
The above rendering is not the planned building according to a Cortex K leasing document. It's simply a placeholder.
