This large development is proposed to be on the former site of Praxair. This development will bring hotel, retail, office and residential space along with parking and a pocket park to the current dead corner of Lafayette Square known as the Northwest Quadrant. The massing plans got out in March 2018 and the development has been making it's way slowly through civic boards. On April 18th, 2019, renderings were released but were stressed as being preliminary.
