Maxine Clark's (Build a Bear Workshop Lady) newest endeavor is the redevelopment of the old St. Luke's Hospital on Delmar in the near East Loop. Clayco is the developer whose owner, Bb Clark is the husband of Maxine. The project will include apartments and office space and will be a catalyst for the immediate area. This is yet another project that will help break the "Delmar Divide" and expand the Loop East towards Union Boulevard and Kingshighway.
