According to planning documents, this former warehouse in Old North St. Louis is expected to become Loft Apartments. It will contribute to the continued revitalization of Old North St. Louis.

  • Construction has just started on three model homes for a major housing development on the Northside near the NGA. These homes will range in size and design and be built around St. Louis Place Park. The first are destined to be built on Montgomery Street. Some of the homes will utilize a 99 year leasehold.   • These houses will be built on a largely vacant collection of land in the Ville neighborhood. The development was rewarded tax abatements at the December 18th LCRA meeting. The total cost of the development is $3.8 Million which means the cost of the homes could start at $211,000 but of course the cost can move based on size. Site plan.
  • No rendering available. The shopping center and marina will be built on a vacant lot of land just North of Interstate 270 in the farthest Northern part of St. Louis City. It will include shops, restaurants, a movie theater, a lighthouse and boat marina. No timeline has been given on the project that has been planned for years now.
