This new project will continue the push to change this industrial area into a vibrant residential neighborhood,. This project is expected to have 10,000SF of ground floor retail space, covered parking, 96 apartments and an amenity deck. The material, to be used on the façade, is corrugated metal which is meant to be an ode to the industrial vibe. In addition to this, some of the units will include balconies and floor to ceiling glass (but only in SELECTIVE units).
