In this image, there is another building to the left of the tower. Is that part of phase 1 or 2? And will there be a tower crane for it? If so, that would make for 2 cranes on FP Ave.
It's part of Phase 2 and has been dubbed "Vande North" offices. At 5 floors, it won't warrant a tower crane of it's own but may utilize the main tower's when the time comes. I don't expect construction to begin on Phase 2 until Phase 1 is 90% or so leased with demand continuing strong and completed. They have the office building designs, they just need to flip the switch and get going. Here is a closer rendering of the shorter office building.
From early last month. The big red crane installed a precast parking garage. Windows facing I-64 were installed as well.
