
The hulking structure in Downtown could be the bridge to link to Downtown to Downtown West along with stirring the pot to create new development in the surrounding area. The Jefferson Arms Building has seen redevelopment plans come and go, but the most recent plans seem to be the most well thought out. Planned is apartments, office space, retail space and a hotel.

Well its April, any word if this is going to start soon? I don't believe any construction fencing is even up...
@Drew Behrens some construction guys were outside the other day picking at the cover up on the first floor. I asked them what's up and they said "pre-construction activities". So I would assume soon this would start soon. I'll try to message Mike Sarimsacki about the project but it seems he is currently caught up in the Tower 27 West project in San Jose.
