@JB the current status of the project is "in design". More should be known at the CityScene STL/Urban STL Forum meet up. That event is still being planned but right now, Game 6 Honky Tonk is looking to be the venue. There are TVs there to show projects on the screen and a bar so people can grab a beer and socialize.

Definitely mixed use but I wasn’t told the exact uses. I would expect a hotel, retail, residential, office, green space and parking but thats just me.

The project's concept was presented at the CityScene STL special event in August. Since then, the scope has grown a bit.
