Any word on a possible Ball Park Village Phase 3?
It would most likely be a Two Cardinal Way and not the remaining three lots. Last I heard, Two Cardinal Way was in the architectural design phase.
With future phases, does Hilton Ballpark and/or 360 have view easements to the south for the stadium?
According to my understanding, the Hilton and 360 have no say on what can be built on the Ballpark Village site. They knew that they were talking a risk by building the rooftop bar when the site next door was always planned to have a tower or two. So they can complain all they want, but they most likely will be ignored as the Cardinals and Cordish own the air rights and property.
Progress as of 12/5/18.
The Pennant Building has 4 floors to go and they will be done with steel.
In the rendering at the top of the page and also in the one with iPhone ad (top right on the November 10th post), there seems to be a different building in place of the Millennium. Any thoughts on that?
Good eye! My guess would be nothing to get our hopes up, especially with the other renderings having the millennium tower untouched.
Do we know if there are any rooftops planned for any of these new buildings? That's the trend these days, so I hope so!
@David its just a filler on Arnold Imaging’s side. They didn’t have a Millennium Hotel, so they just plopped the Westin Peachtree there. @Drew Behrens, sadly there will be no rooftop amenities for the public. The office building is supposed to have a rooftop deck for employees.

The transformation of Downtown South of Market (SOMA) is clear. Can't wait to see how this looks when done.

So how many more levels of podium are there on the high rise before the tower gets started? I feel like it's in the same boat as 100 kingshighway.
The amenity deck level is underway. This means there are 22 floors left.
The full One Cardinal Way website is up. It includes more renderings and 360 views of each apartment. Apartments that are blanked out mean they are reserved. Website: https://www.onecardinalway.com
