
This office building is meant to add to the ever growing demand of office space in Downtown Clayton. Originally unveiled in early 2017, the project was meant to include 51,000SF of office space and 7500SF of retail. The project would have required the demolition of existing structures. As of this posting (10/28/18), the project appears to be stalled.
