Developer Bob Saur is practically moving his plan for 180 micro apartments in Clayton to Delmar and Euclid in the Central West End. First reported by Nikki's Central West End Guide, the plan calls for 180 micro apartments on a vacant lot that bookends the Northern Terminus of the Euclid District.
This 200 unit project will replace a 3-story apartment building by the name of "Park East Apartments". More details will be made public at a July 17th meeting.
