No rendering available. According to NextSTL's Geoff Whittington in a 2014 post, Koplar Properties was looking to build a tower on this lot designed by Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF) and Forum Studio. A co-developer would've been Koman. Now, over 4 years later, nothing ahs happened at this lot besides MAC Properties renting it for parking for their residents at Parc Frontenac. That lease ends when One Hundred is completed, which is in Spring 2020. However, according to a message exchange with 17th Ward alderman, Joe Roddy, he says that "the parking lot is still owned by Koplar" and that "I talked to them recently about this". In other words, this is a real project, just crawling at a snails pace and most likely waiting to see what happens at One Hundred.
