
The next office building in the Cortex innovation community is a 9 (or 10) floor, 320,000SF office building at 4210 Duncan. The design is meant to make an impact on the district and rid Duncan Avenue of a horrendous concrete wall from a former factory that was once on the site. The building will also become the first new building to be built since the parking garage was building. 4210 will, and others that will pop up overtime, will hide the garage from Sarah and Duncan.
